The first way is,
if you use a site like photobucket or own a website with photo's simply use the Img button located just above the editable area when replying to or creating a topic. Press the Img button will give you two IMG IMG codes in your message area. Put the URL or web site address of your photo inbetween the two codes and hit preview, you should see your photo in preview if you put the address of the photo in properly. You can add text above or below your image in your editable area and hit preview until you are satisfied with the results then hit submit.
The Second way is to upload an image form your computor.
When responding to or creating a topic.
Below the editable section you will see a Upload attachment button Click that
Next you will see browse click that to pick an image file on your computor.
Find the image file on your computor you want Click on the image file you want.
Click Open
Next to the browse button is a add the file button click add the file.
Click place inline button
Hit preview and your image should appear in the preview plane like the below image

You can add text above and below your image in the editable area and click preview to see the results
Once satisfied with your new topic or responce hit submit and your topic or responce will be posted with your image in it
